"I am enjoying my Aeron chair a great deal and after I evaluate and test it for a period of time I might even buy a second one! One comment about the Aeron chair though is that a have a rather short carpet. With the regular office carpet casters, however, the chair was quite difficult to roll about in. I then bought the deep carpet casters and the chair is still very difficult to roll about in. The casters appear to be of high quality but the chair designers need to look at this problem. The chair otherwise is very good. The Office Design web site was very easy to use and the FedEx delivery here (Michigan) from your warehouse was astounding. Good job!"

"Friday 11/13 I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Chair, the process I chose to order was a Google search, what I found was the price of these particular chairs was fairly standard so my decision was made based off the website itself. I made an excellent choice, the ordering process was quite easy but more importantly the follow up customer service I received was outstanding. I received calls from 2 employees, 1 assisting me in correcting my order, I had a typo in the order, not only did Mike reach out to personally to ask the necessary questions he had already looked up the corrections, I only needed to confirm. The 2nd call was from Bill, Bill informed that the particular choices I made were not available options and gave me the alternatives, allowing me to correct my order over the phone. Lastly the chair ordered shipped yesterday, same day. My goal in this email is to relay to management of Office Designs that my customer service experience was exceptional. In the economic times we are in today I am sure it is quite challenging to sell $900 chairs, the employees I dealt with made my experience very good and I would imagine they make all of your customers experiences very good. When the price of item is the same with most vendors I feel your company has created a competitive advantage by employing gentlemen the caliber of Mike and Bill. Reply: Three chairs are worth mentioning for a smaller female. Aeron size A, Leap, and Chadwick. The Aeron and Chadwick chairs are smaller in overall size, with the Aeron size A being specifically manufactured for people 5'2" and smaller. The Leap chair has adjustments making it easy for a smaller woman to be in the same comfort without compromising style. Forward tilt allows the chair to follow the user over when working on computer or desk based work. Think of it like this: most people tend to sit forward on their chair when working on the computer. This feels better and puts you right over the work at hand. Over a period of time, your back starts to ache, shoulders tense up, neck gets stiff... sound familiar? This discomfort is created by the body not having proper support. To help with these problems some chairs come with a forward tilt. The chair can then come forward with you keeping you properly supported and reducing stress over long periods of task work. I strongly recommend calling us and speaking to one of our seating specialists. They will ask about how you sit, work, and relax in your chair and recommend items that will work with you, not against.

On Monday, May 13, I ordered two Aeron Highly Adjustable office chairs (with optional leather arm rests) for my home office. Prior to placing the order, I spoke with Randy Lowe and was surprised to learn that the chairs that I wanted would ship the same day -- even with the optional leather arm rests.
I was told that shipping time to my location (Los Angeles) was typically 3-4 days, so I thought I would receive the order no earlier than Friday. I received the chairs on Thursday, May 16.

The shipping boxes were compact and quite easy to maneuver. The contents were well-packed and protected for transport. Attaching the backrest to the base was a snap, using the allen wrench provided. The chairs were assembled, stripped of packing material and rolled into place in just a few minutes.

My wife and I love our new Aeron chairs. The leather arm rests really add a touch of class that is lacking on the Aeron I use at work (which, as I have recently determined, is very well-worn).

As you can tell, I very happy with my experience with OfficeDesigns.com. If I have any future needs, I will surely do business with you again. If I know anyone who is looking for an Aeron, or has other office needs, I will surely refer them to you. Great stock, no tax, free shipping, excellent service -- I wish all Internet companies were just like yours!
